Tour groups will go out into the truffière to hunt with our talented and skilled hunters and our lovable springer spaniels to find the underground treasures. Guests will have the opportunity to get down and sniff if a truffle is ripe. They will have the opportunity to unearth truffles with their own hands. Then return to the Hunt Pavilion to wash and prepare their harvested truffles for a tasting. While washing they will be offered a glass of non-alcoholic local cider and hear why people find truffles are so evocative and desirable.
The gourmet lunch, starts with a truffle tasting plate, followed by a wood-fired pizza and truffle dessert. Every guest will have the opportunity to shave their harvested truffle over the pizza!
