The day starts with a hunt at 9am at Red Hill Truffles and then a truffle brunch at the renowned Johhny Ripe Main Ridge Restaurant just 5 minutes drive from Red Hill Truffles. The hunt includes a stroll through the truffiere taking in the oaks, hazelnut trees & perhaps native fauna with the help of trained dogs & a recipe creator of note boosts energy levels - finding & harvesting truffles

The brunch:

• Morning Tea or Coffee

• Cold pressed juice

• Truffled local eggs, creme fraiche toasted brioche, with fresh shaved truffle
