x Truffle Hunt & Graze at The Epicurean

A unique experience, a hands-on truffle hunt where you can harvest the truffles for your lunch. 

Escape into a different world. This truffle hunt and dinner/lunch package is a foray into the world of black truffles from their discovery underground, to learning how to clean and store them. You and your fellow hunters then take the harvested truffles to a gourmet dinner/lunch where you will shave your truffles on the amazing dishes. 

• Crisp polenta & Brussel sprouts, kale,  parmesan, herbs, roast garlic aioli
• Roast Barramundi, seared scallops & prawns, Jerusalem artichoke velour, chervil
• Potato gnocchi, boneless confit duck leg, radicchio, jus gras
• Local winter salad, white balsamic dressing, candied Red Hill truffle
• Roast herbed garlic potatoes, Red Hill truffle salt,  mayonnaise
