Truffle Hunt & Truffle Pizza @ Red Hill Truffles

A delicious & simple way to tell a local story about food. Hunt for your truffles which you will shave on a wood-fired pizza. The hunt is an unforgettable experience. You will go out in the truffiere with our experienced hunters and our amazing truffle-hunting dogs. This experience includes testing that the truffle is ripe and ready to harvest, then you will be invited to harvest the truffle. On returning to the truffle pavilion you will wash and prepare your truffles for truffle tasting. The tasting is a 3-course truffle lunch starting with truffle product samples with freshly shaved truffle over a white winter soup, followed by our wood-fired pizzas made that you shave your freshly harvested truffle over.  The last course is a spectacular truffle dessert. GF option available. Diary-free option is not available.
