The hunts starts early enough not to be onerous (for about 1.5 hours) - a stroll through the truffiere taking in the oaks, hazelnut trees & perhaps native fauna with the help of trained dogs & a recipe creator of note boosts energy levels - finding truffles & savouring them with a truffle brunch.
Saturdays: The truffle brunch is truffle soup with bread & truffle butter followed by a truffle cheese toastie. $179
Sundays: The truffle brunch scrambled eggs infused with truffle for over 48 hours on toast with truffle butter with shaved truffle on top. $189
