The hunt is an unforgettable experience. You will go out in the truffiere with our experienced hunters and our amazing truffle-hunting dogs. This experience includes testing that the truffle is ripe and ready to harvest, then you will be invited to harvest the truffle. 

On returning to the truffle pavilion you will wash and prepare the truffles.
